Main focus of the meditations is on grounding as many of our worldly and spiritual problems
are caused by dissociation from the body. Proper grounding allows us to stay present and
clear for ourselves. Draining energies will be released thus allowing more of the pure soul
energy to enter and flow through the body. From this position your own endless stories start
